This listing or add-on is for the application of black patina to any sized metal finish Hawai’i island chain.
It will be applied in a “medium” amount and so that the set is taken from a new metal look to a more organic slightly duller appearance. The patina will darken the appearance of the set, moreover, it will bring out the detail by darkening the recesses of the islands, and overall–it will give the artwork an aged appearance which should go well with woodwork.
The three listing photos depict a before and after for a bronze finish Big Island of Hawai’i.
Patina is handle applied and each set is unique, however, the artist will put his best efforts forward, and aim to get a patina which is close to the results shown within this patina add-on listing.
