Shipping & Lead-time

  • All orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks unless otherwise noted; as each piece is typically made to order and quality is emphasized over quantity.
    • However, I do offer expedited shipping, and can streamline a “custom” order depending on my current workload:
      • Precise deadlines can be accurately met–a payment is taken with utmost respect and urgency.
      • You have numerous carriers to choose from: DHL, Fedex, USPS, UPS, and even artist provided installation is offered.
      • Custom signage such as coordinates and names are offered.

Carriers & Shipping Methods

Shipping Within The USA:

  • All Hawaii island chain sets within the USA will by default be shipped VIA USPS Priority Mail with Tracking, Insurance, and a Signature Required on Delivery.
  • USPS Priority Mail has an expected delivery window of 1-3 business days* and generally speaking this is a very reliable yet cost effective shipment method within the states.
  • USPS Express is an optional service and aims to deliver within 1-2 days*. However, it is advisable to contact the artist if expedited shipping is required as the required production time needs to be available, and scheduled beforehand for a guaranteed shipment window.

Shipping Internationally:

  • Generally speaking USPS or DHL Express is used, however, a preferred carrier, or other arrangements are possible on request.
  • Priority Mail International will take 6-10 business days* within most markets and is considered a reliable method.
    Usually a signature is required but may not be applicable in all countries, and within every case insurance & tracking is applied to your order.
  • Priority Mail Express International will take 3-5 business days* within most markets and is an accelerated delivery method.
    As beforehand the signature on delivery, insurance, and tracking applies as it does with Priority Mail International.
  • DHL Express will likely take 2-3 days* and is generally faster than USPS services.
    Usually a signature is required but may not be applicable in all countries, and within every case insurance & tracking is applied to your order.

*The amount of working days from shipment to delivery may vary depending on weather and other carrier related circumstances.

Refund Policy

  • Less than 2% of orders are returned, however, in the unlikely case you are dissatisfied with my work then you can simply send it back within 5 days of receiving your package.
    • Please contact me for a return address, and for a return authorization.
    • The islands must not be damaged, modified, or otherwise altered in any way.
    • Each island sent must be included, and packaged well as the set will have to arrive safely.
    • A 10% restocking fee will be charged unless otherwise noted.
  • Customer satisfaction is my highest priority — please let me work with you to ensure your satisfaction and that your artwork is what you’re after.
