All orders are shipped within 6 weeks unless otherwise noted; as each piece is typically made to order and quality is emphasized over quantity.
However, I do offer expedited shipping, and can streamline an order depending on my current workload:

We are able to use your choice of carrier but primarily work with UPS for all of our shipment needs.
Custom signage such as coordinates and names are offered.

Shipping Within The USA:
All Hawaii island chain sets within the USA will by default be shipped VIA UPS Air Mail and require a signature for delivery.
UPS Air Mail
A reliable service which operates Monday through Friday.
A signature is required for delivery due to the value and difficulty in crafting each piece of artwork.
3 delivery attempts will be made and customers are able to work with UPS to safely receive their artwork.
A physical address or private mailbox is required.
Without prior arrangements your order will ship following our current lead time.
Replacement hardware, templates, samples, and other articles will be shipped VIA USPS Priority Mail® with no signature required.
In the unlikely situation a package is damaged, lost, delayed, or stolen we will do our absolute best to ensure the situation is rectified. However, we are not responsible for carrier delays, security of your delivery locations, and unable to control how artwork is handled.

Few orders are returned, however, in the unlikely case you are dissatisfied with my work then you can simply send it back within 5 days of receiving your package.

The islands must not be damaged, modified, or otherwise altered in any way for a return to be accepted.
Each island sent must be included, and packaged well as the set will have to arrive safely.
A 15% restocking fee & cost of return will be charged unless otherwise noted.
